1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialLap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Platform Authority & Account Control

SocialLap reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, service, or access at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, policy violations, or abusive behavior toward staff or support systems.

Misuse of support channels (tickets, live chat, or community systems), including excessive complaints, false claims, harassment, or abusive behavior, may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

3. Service Scope & Support

SocialLap operates as an independent digital marketplace. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is limited to platform-related issues only.

• Support is available via tickets or email.
• We do not provide phone, emergency, or guaranteed-response-time support.
• Response times may vary depending on volume and issue complexity.
• We do not provide webmaster services, coding assistance, custom installations, or third-party troubleshooting unless explicitly stated.

4. Account Listings & Delivery

All accounts listed on SocialLap are managed and delivered through the platform. Upon purchase, users receive full access credentials (username and password) as described in the listing.

Once account details are delivered, responsibility transfers fully to the buyer.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account
• All activity conducted under your account
• Immediately notifying SocialLap of any unauthorized access or security breach

SocialLap is not liable for losses caused by user negligence or credential exposure.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension or termination:

Illegal activity of any kind

• Phishing, fraud, or impersonation
• Spam, mass mailing, or unsolicited messaging
• Malware, viruses, trojans, botnets, or malicious scripts
• Exploitation attempts, hacking tools, or server abuse
• Harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Child sexual exploitation material (zero tolerance)
• Resource abuse, automation abuse, or cronjob abuse
• Proxies, CGI-IRC, or anonymization services
• Fake, disposable, or bulk email services
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international law

Accounts associated with malicious activity may be terminated without notice.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

SocialLap makes no guarantees regarding:

• Account longevity
• Compatibility with third-party services
• Performance, ranking, or outcomes
• Availability without interruption

8. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

All payments made to SocialLap are final.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-reversible

• No chargebacks or disputes are permitted
• Deposited funds must be used on platform services only
• Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in permanent account termination

Fraudulent payment activity (including use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods) will result in immediate account termination and possible reporting.

9. No Refund Policy

No credits, refunds, or compensation will be issued for:

Service interruptions

• Account suspensions
• User violations of these terms
• Changes in availability or performance

10. Free Balance & Promotions

SocialLap may offer free balance, bonuses, coupons, or promotional credits at its discretion.

• Promotional balances may be adjusted or removed at any time
• Abuse or exploitation of promotions may result in balance removal
• If removal results in a negative balance, the account will be suspended until settled

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, listings, and materials are the exclusive property of SocialLap.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SocialLap, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services.

13. Modifications to Terms

SocialLap reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
